as said for that, (rather long) skills list you'd need to do many (many) courses, even degree level computer will only touch into those areas a little whilst trying to give a complete spectrum.
Any job that requires those skills is likely to be a job where they woul like to see some skills however, not necessarily all of them so don't get too disheartened when you see adverts making near impossible requirements like that.
for the most part I'd suggest that you decide what exactly you want to get into as an areas of work, desktop support/server support/ desktop/server administration, database admin, sys opp etc.
for the most part just concerntrait on getting a couple of Microsoft certifications, seems for that job you'll want SQL admin qualifications, and you'll need to spend your own time learning SQL language,
and get an AD admin certification.
the rest are skills that if you don't have you'll have to read up on or practise, they are reasonably practical skills in a way, you tend to learn them whilst actually diong the work.
