I've narrowed down my search...

[2004 GT RagTop]

My laptop search has been narrowed down to Sony, and specifically these 2 laptops. The Vaio S460 and the Vaio S270. Both seem to be in the same price range, but the 270 has XP Pro which is recommended for the college i'm going to, and in the reviews for the 460 many ppl complained about the heat, I couldn't find the reviews on the 270. The 270 has less hard drive space, but will it be enough?

Just looking for opinions on which one to go for, and why!

Hard to say, but i'd go with S460. Mainly because the hdd is bigger and the ram is better than the one in S270.
