Itunes with Vista 64 bit.

Yeah it doesn't matter. Most processors out these days support both 64 bit and 32 bit.

Ok, I am treading on thin ice here, but doesn't 64 bit support more RAM tho? In that case, it makes more sense to upgrade to it later so that you can put more RAM into your rig.

This is a known problem with iTunes and 64bit OSes. I got it when I had XP x64. I looked into it and found that out. There is some kinds fix that didn't work for me. XP x64 gave me too much trouble so I gave up on it and went back to XP 32bit.

32 bit supports only 3.25GB of RAM, that means if you have 4GB, 768MB is not found or something... If you have like 4GB or more of RAM, you should get a 64bit OS.

yeah, 64 bit supports more ram, but i would probably just go with 2gb for now anyways. none of the stuff in my sig would be used...would do a completely new build...well, would use the monitor...

iTunes works for me with Vista 64 bit, it's just I get this message everytime I start it up.
