iTunes-converting-mpeg4 problems

My mate has just sent me an album over the internet, but the problem is he uses itunes on his computer, i also have it, but i prefer using media player, the format of the files are 'mpeg4', and when i try and search for conversion tools they all come up as video conversions as mpeg4 is a video format.

Any ideas of how to convert the files to a format that media player 10 can play?

Search for focus audio converter and use that. i think the link might be focussoftware.com
