Default issue with m/b?

M/B:Asus P6X58D-E
CPU: i7 930
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master V8
GPU: gigabyte gtx 460 1gb
Memory: 6GB Kingston Hyperx 1600Mhz Tall Heatsink

When i try turning on the computer with the cpu and ram and gpu hooked the motherboard gives a red light... when i push the red button it runs and does not give display on monitor
when i remove the ram it does not give a beep
i changed the video card no beep no display
i checked the cpu manuel and see if i did something wrong, but it seemed right.

I don't see what is the problem and i need help?
I got all the parts from the box so could there be a factory issue on the mobo?
i need help i need to play my starcraft2

First thing i'd check is to make sure you have all your cables properly plugged in. I built my computer last week and wasn't getting the monitor to come on and was getting something that sounded like what you have and it I had forgot to plug in the 8 pin at the top of the board. Sounds silly it might be something to check your connections.
