Obviously the 50-some KB file is not what you need. You can extract ISOs with most archiving software, or mount it with magicISO or any of the other disc imaging tools.

Be aware though, that if you choose to extract it, you won't be able to emulate any sort of disc protection, and you'll lose any boot sectors.

if you want the free legal option then use Microsofts ISO tools.

using this tool you can mount the ISO as a hard drive. and copy whatever you want from it.

follow the link above and download the microsoft ISO tools.

mount the image as a drive and extract the files. then you don't need a CD burner.

captain magic iso is good but kinda tricky, but it sounds like you have tried everything and have done it before, well you have tried to download a full copy of something maybe? or even the gta sa thats 700mb and is a fake torrent? who knows, but use Poweriso its thte best fofr ISO tools
