Default ISO CD images

I was just wondering if we can install from an ISO CD image without having to burn it onto a CD. We can open it with WinRar to see the contents, and can also extract items. I'm pretty sure we can, but I just wanted to make sure.

The program is 760mb and unfortunately all I have is 700mb CD's.
