Ok so i got some spyware/virus thing called ishost.exe, I knew i had a spyware/virus because this thing on the taskbar keeps blinking and telling me I have spyware (thats not how i know i have spyware, i knew because it was annoying and wouldnt let me stop it), so i ran norton internet security, and spybot and they both didnt catch it. So now I have the option to manually delete it. I have found 2 things under the name of ishost.exe when i did windows search. One is a windows prefetch file and the other is a system32 file. So if anyone has any experience with ishost.exe and knows which plug to pull please help me.

Kill the process ishost.exe first and then remove ishost.exe from windows startup using RegRun Reanimator

RegRun will automatically remove ishost.exe.

That's the safest method

ok i downloaded the thing and ran it, i deleted the file along with some other pests, thanks for your help.
