When you turn on WiFi, does it connect to your signal at all? As in, do you get the three wifi bars on top of the phone?

Or does it completely ignore the fact that your network exists?

And have you tried detecting other networks at all? (ie. school, coffee shop, etc).

Go ahead and connect it to iTunes and sync all your info.

Back up all pictures, songs, texts, apps, and notes, etc. Whatever you'll need. I would suggest that you manually back up your pictures and stuff to your desktop, too.

Connect the phone, and click on "Restore" on the main screen. Go ahead and "restore and update" it and then wait for the process to complete.

Once it is done, check and see if WiFi works. If it DOES, then you can choose whether or not to sync all your previous data or start the phone off fresh.

Do that and see what happens. I'm 99% sure a restore will fix your problem.
