Default IP Address

I'm just wondering if anyone knows a way of hiding your IP from your provider. I know it sounds stupid, but my provider has hired a third party to watch what is downloaded, and I've already recieved 2 letters from them about downloading. So Im just trying to figure out how i can start downloading again without them knowing what it is. I've checked out Hide IP Platinum, but from what i hear it only helps when your surfing the net. Any help?
Thanks a bunch.

you can try a proxy. not sure if that would hide what your doing or not. I'm like 95% positive that all the ISP would see is that you are using one, and there is nothing they can do to stop that thanks to net neutrality.

I'm not sure if we are allowed to list proxies on this site or not. if your interested, give me a PM, and i'll give you a link to one.
