Default Invision Power Board

This is irritating!

I have an invision board forum v1.3. I want to change the terms of service to fit the purpose and rules of my forums, but there is just no button for it. Can someone tell me how to do it? thanks.

mmm......... i c.......... but there is no reply from invision forums! i guess they don't want me to change the script or anything since there is no button and/or anything for the changing of "terms of service"...... i am a php programmer myself but the architecture of invision is just too complex that i cannot figure out where is the script which writes the tos (i'm a useless programmer >_<) anyway, so i want to know if anyone know how to do that. thanks a lot for any help!
