Internet Explorer Problem

I recently switched from IE to Netscape. After deleting the IE icon on the desktop I realized I needed the IE in one of my websites, but couldn't get it to work again. I downloaded IE twice to no avail: I got an error message stating that IE is encountering a problem. I've been playing around with this for the last couple days. Anybody tell me what to do to correct this situation. I'm far from an expert so I would appreciate any feedback.

It says that IE is encountering a problem, and it gives me the option to debug (whatever that is) or send a message to MSN. I tried both buttons.

try uninstalling netscape first?

Type in Run - iexplore.

Deleting the Icon on the Desktop shouldn't do a thing.

Haha - not a problem with Internet Explorer, a problem with the user for not trusting it and trying to remove it and failing.
