Internet Browser Error

I've tried everything from downloading JRE to resetting Internet options settings to default to turning off the Pop-up blocker but I've still got the error. I've already have the flash add-on but instead I have a blank space on where the player should be. It is clear that my browser can't read sites using JavaScript but I just don't know hot to fix it.
