Default Internet bandwidth in multiplayer games?

I wanted to know approximately how much bandwidth do games like call of duty 4, gta 4 use in their online multiplayer mode? I don't think they use a high bandwidth but a conformation from you guys should make the matter clear as some of my housemates are complaining that i use up most of the internet quota.

http://www.softperfect.com/download/...worx_setup.exe

Install that and it will make an icon in your toolbar, right click the icon and go to show graph. Start up the game while it is showing the graph and start playing. Exit the game (or press windows key if it will let you) and then check on the graph to see how much bandwith you used. I would assume that it would be different for different games so try a few different ones.
