On the drive itself, there should be labels that match up with the pins where the jumpers are located. (Master, Slave, CBL Select). I would make the DVD burner the Master drive and the CD burner the Slave. If slave doesn't work, try Cable Select.

yea, so nothing worked...so im returning it...couldnt beat it for $20.50...they're sending me another one once they receive the old...i guess I can'tcomplain...
