Interesting problem

Browser: IE 6 via netzero
System: HP
Problem: Pictures opened up in IE are blurry/fuzzy, but all text and everything else looks normal. Even pictures taken with a digital camera are fine, but images in IE are not clear. What could be causing this? You guys are the best.

Usaully DialUp, assuming the Netzero you have is a DialUp service, will display blurry images on IE. I should know. When my cable was down, I was forced to use PeoplePC. On IE, it showed blurry images, but PeoplePC had a "quality picture over performance" meter, where you can change the quality of the picture or images to your liking, but doing so will lag on your performance. I'm not quite sure if Netzero has such a thing.

I thought about that, but wouldn't that affect all images and not just the ones in IE?
