interent connection...HELP

i got this problem...for some reason my internet connection likes to disconnect itself when i am running bittorrent, or limewire. It almost happens everytime with bittorrent and only a few times with limewire. I don't really know when it happens becuase i just start the download and walk away, and when i come back it's only like 2% done and my internet connection isnt working.

I have Rogers High-speed cable.
