Intel's new Laser/Light technology

Pentium is dead (as in development/trying to reach the stock 4.0ghz mark). As said, Pentium's name might be kept, but NetBurst is probably dead.

I hope the new technology comes out soon, I want a cheap E6600!!

Pentium can't be "dead" because it's just a name. Of course, the NetBurst architecture is pretty much dead. The Core microarchitecture is just far superior to the NetBurst. Improved in virtually every aspect.

Sorry to sound noob but, what will happen once they reach the limits of traditional silicon??

They'll eventually find other ways of producing even faster and more efficient microprocessors. Of course, there will eventually be a limit where Moore's Law won't work, but it'll take a long while.
