Yeah i totally agree with that, intel constantly throwing money at lawyers to try and sue AMD for not paying more for the x86 instruction set is just bs, and that right there is payback, finally AMD gets some leverage

They Deserve what they get if they are not willing to play fair or by the rules u could say they deserve to be fined and alot more at that

Ouch. But hey play by the rules and the fine bomb will not drop on ya. Sounds like EU has a good grip on things. Intel can afford to sell all there chips to companies and then pay them to hold off on the release to hurt AMD than they can afford this fine too... Thats Phenominal....LMFAO pun intended

excatly its not the consumers that have been hurt by this as they have still been buying the intel chips or the AMD chips already on sale but AMD will be the ones to suffer from intels lack of morals on the matter they should except the fine without any arguments as what they have done is completly wrong if anything they should be paying AMD for there losses

Maybe this will inspire AMD to finally put out some decent CPUs. The Phenom series has been such a bitter disappointment...
