Well, I wasn't yelling at you or anything. It was just annoying how people were like, "YAYYYY! Intel won!!!!" I mean, they were just showing what happens when different processors get no cooling. And of course Intel did better (read my earlier post above). AMD just doesn't have that built-in protection. Hopefully they consider it, though. =)

AMD has them now on their Athlon 64's. If they were to do the test again, you won't see Athlons smoke up that bad.

But by all means though, don't run the CPU without the heatsink/fan. Imminent failure still exist.
