Default Integrated sound, or old sound card?

Hi, i just got my new motherboard. It has on board sound, but i have a old (2001?) sound card. Its a Creative SB Live! Value (CT4670) Sound Card. The on board sound is Realtek ALC655 with 6 Channels ( if that even helps) Which one is better?

Use the old sound card. As long as it supports the speakers that u have. This way u will have a separate sound card so it won't decrease the performance of the pc.

yeah daemon is right. You won't get that much of different sound improvement unless you have surround sound and play it pretty loud
