Installing new PSU, HELP!

Hey guys, today I received a new PSU which I ordered online to replace my old 400W PSU. I didn't build the computer myself, it was pre-built but is a custom gaming PC.

The main problem is I have inserted all the cables into the motherboard, hard drives, etc. I have booted it up and everything is working except the main fan on the side (Pic 1) and a light that lights up the side of the PC. I can't understand what is wrong, I feel like either the PSU doesn't have enough cables to connect to everything or if I am just connecting things wrong.

Here's some pics:

The last two images show the parts I can't connect, the only 'connectors' left available coming from the PSU are the exact same type as these, so they can't connect into it. Are there adapters for this sort of thing?

Specs if needed:
Motherboard: Gigabyte
CPU: AMD FX-4100 (4.0Ghz)
GPU: Radeon XFX HD 7770
Hard Drives: 2 x
PSU: 600W

Thanks so much for any help! It's frustrating since I just want my pc working again!
