i have a pc that is asking me to install on the network unless i perform a admin instalation but it is not on a network and has no restrictions at all so i cant figure this out. can anyone help,

yes i am trying to install auto route but it will not let me as i have to do a administration installation.

yes i have looked this problem up but it seems i have to install through the command prompt
