Default Increasing Volts?

Hey i know how 2 do it on most new comps thru bios but i have an old comp like 3+ years old and it doesn't have the volts in the bios o_O ne1 kno if there is a program that can do it? or would u have 2 like put sumin over sumin on the mobo to do it XS

If your BIOS can't alter the voltage, then neither can anything else. All Windows overclocking utilites go through the BIOS.
