imac ongoing problem

Well we just recently purchased an iMac and the wireless on it is HORRIBLY Slow...not only just the wireless, but even when i direct connect ethernet cords to it, it sstill very slow, but with our Windows computers the internet is blazing fast, any suggestions?

Try a different browser (firefox)

Check the QOS for the network.

And no difference in speed. Even directly wired it still doesnt work. Oh well there shipping us a new one..most likely refurbished.
