Question imaadp32.acm, msadp32.acm...were?

I was trying to fix some compatability problems, and as I found out, I needed the imaadp32.acm and msadp32.acm(the versions 5.0.xxxx) from the system32 folder of Windows to get some of my games' sound working. I couldn't find them on the net, so could anyone please give me a hint(or link) to some place where I can find these versions of the files.
-thank's very much-
