with XP Pro SP3 Vista Style and Vista Ultimate, but the screen with the boot options doesn't appear anymore, it just boots straight into Vista without giving me the "previous version of windows" option, also, the little white cursor "_" blinks in the top left of my screen for about 20-30 seconds now before booting into Vista...

any suggestions on how to get my boot menu back without pressing F10...? and why it takes so long to boot into Vista...?

Not sure why its taking so long but to get your boot menu back, before it starts to even load Vista start pressing on the arrow keys and it should show up.

Go to: Start>Control Panel>System>Advanced Tab>Startup and Recovery Section Click 'Settings' button>Then change your settings in system startup section

Thats in XP, I don't remember how Vista is exactly but it should be pretty similar to that.
