Do you want strictly a processor upgrade or an entire mobo/ram/cpu upgrade package???

From some research the max CPU you can use in that computer is a 3.06Ghz P4 with a max FSB of 533.

So basically,a Socket 478 Pentium CPU with an FSB of 400/533Mhz faster than 2.4Ghz should fit the bill nicely

Try searching on ebay for one.
