just go down to the hard ware store get some sheet metal and create your own bracket

couldnt i drill some holes in the motherboard to mount the new heatsink/fan or would that damage it?

Odds are that would damage it. You have a big chance of cutting though one circuit or another by doing that.

would anyone know if silicone caulk that people use in bathrooms would melt if i use it as a glue for the fan ontop of the heatsink and would it damage anything inside of the computer case?

heres what i came up with customizing the bracket to fit my original heatsink and i fit the fan on the bracket

so what u guys think?

Looks like a good mod, it looks almost stock except for the blue LED lol. What were your temps before the fan?
