Red face IE7....plz read.

my dad, whenever he goes here: https://www.us.army.mil/suite/login/welcome.html
says this: There is a problem with this website's security certificate.
then it says click here to close this page or continue to this website. i click continue to this website, and it goes to the website, but every time he goes there it says the same thing. how can i make this stop doing this.
note: i added it to the 'trusted' list.

yes, jsut continue on and the site works fine for me with all defualt settings on IE7
