IDE + SATA into RAID0?

Is it even possible? To have a SATA drive and IDE in RAID 0. The IDE is a Maxtor Diamond9 80gig 8MB Buffer 7200RPM and the SATA is a WD Raptor 36gig 10000RPM 8MB buffer.

I have a P4P800E-Deluxe board.

I been hearing things that it will work but... I wanna know for sure before I go and kill my system :\

Ummm.... if I had to guess, I would say no. On the other hand, I wouldn't be surprised if it would work. What you could do is get an IDE to SATA converter and run both the drives on SATA RAID. That should work fine.
