Default IDE plug thing...

I have an old Compaq Presario 2100 that I want to recommission with FreeNAS. All it needed was a hard drive. Well...I got one. Has the bare pins on it but it looks like it needs some kind of plug thing or something to actually plug into the puter.

Hope you all know what I'm referring to. It's hard to explain. It's not an adapter, really. Just kinda turns the pins into a plug...

Anyone know what these things are called and where I can get one?
