Default IDE Hard Drive Dock

I have got a new computer but have removed the old IDE drive from the old one as there are bits on it I want to keep.
Is there an external docking station/reader that I can use with this hard drive or will I have to open up the new computer and put it in there?

Any help would be appreciated.

What iPwn posted will work but you could also use one of these: Newegg.com - Vantec 2.5"/3.5"/5.25" SATA/IDE to USB 2.0 Adapter - Model CB-ISATAU2
