Ibis Toolbar!!!!!

On my cousins computer and realized after managing to get the rest of the 1000 items in adaware i scanned again and got IBIS toolbar mostly registry keys i deleted them and they came back again how do i remove this i need help by tomorrow.

search google for IBIS remover, or ussally you can goto add and remove programs and it is in there, or goto IBIS website and they will provide a uninstaller or instructions of how to get rid of it
