is it normal to be running at 134 wats accrding to coretemp???
it says its only 130 wats

In my experiences with Core Temp, it has always seem to read higher then what the actual running wattage is.

Likewise. Don't read too much into it. If you have an adequate heatsink on the CPU and the system isn't running too hot and the performance is where it should be, there's nothing to worry about.
