Default I need some RAM suggestions...

The OCZ RAM I got for my P5WD2 Premium isnt compatible with the mobo soooo I have to go shopping again. I'd like to spend 150 - 175usd and I need DDR2... 1gb or more... I just need to know what brands and stuff are good so if you could help that'd be great.

What memory speed does your motherboard support? DDR2 comes with a variety of speeds. I personally prefer the Corsair brand memory's especially the XMS series.

I'd go with this. I like Kingston very much. This is pc2 4200 (ddr2 533) so it's fast and it has dual channel.
