Ok, What would buying a new processor help? Because the processor I have now I think is running at .39 GHZ is that bad? If I replace that processor with this one Processor Link I am running windows 98 And I need to know all that I would have to have for compatibility....Do you think I would be better of just purchasing a faster hard drive?

u need to know wat socket ur current motherboard is. from there u should look for a new processor of the same socket.
