OP OP V Vurnakes Baseband Member Messages 42 Aug 10, 2006 #12 Safe mode will not work... I took the plunge and called Dell and surprisingly they were great. The are shiping me a cd that will reinstall that file that i need. Thanks for everyone's help though.
