I Need Help. Soun Issues

i have a Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio Device ...and when i check my device maneger there is a big yellow ! where it says multimedia audio controller. i checked it and it said that the drivers for this thingy are not installed....but i have tried the manufacture is Realtek but i went to there website but it didnt help....can any one help me please ................ i need sound ooo n if it helps when i try to play sumthin on windows media player it says can not play back the audio stream no audio hardware is available or hardware is not responding...................................i need sound ......i cant livr with out music

1) Have you tried here?

2) Is this an integrated sound card? If so, you may need to download your motherboard drivers.

3) Next time try posting in the General Computer Hardware and Software forum.
