Default I need help picking out a motherboard and a new cpu if necessary

I basically want to attempt to run battlefield 4 when it comes out and yes i said attempt, ill probably need more upgrades to achieve that. My range is around $300-$450 or so. I don't know much about overclocking but i might be willing to try it if someone walks me through it "thoroughly"

Current system
Picture of mother board-http://postimage.org/image/k3c4ryfdn/db408f9b/
Processor-AMD Athlon(tm)II x4 630 2.80 GHz
RAM-4.00 GB
Power supply-ATX-TL450W 20+4Pin +12v rails=2
Graphics card-Radeon HD 7850 1GB 256-bit
operating system-windows 7 64-bit

My graphics card isn't installed yet because of the power supply.

For the psu im probably going to get a Seasonic M12II 520 bronze 520W ATX12v
Help would be greatly appreciated

Looks like most Radeon HD 7850 in the UK are 2GB but I did find one by MSI

MSI AMD Radeon HD 7850 OC 1GB GDDR5
Min PSU Requirement 500W
Required Power Connectors 2 x 6-pin

Hope it helps
