I need help, (new video card)

Hmm, please use one of the power calculators on-line to get a more accurate estimate of your current power usage.

You need to multiply this result by 1.3 to 1.5 (depending on the quality of your PSU) to get a "safe value" because PSU never deliver at 100%.

If the "safe value" that you get in the end is larger than 400 W, then there is a possibility that you do not have enough power.

The recommended wattage was 226. Multiplied by 1.5 is 339. Is that close enough to 400 for it to cause an issue?

I tested it in my neighbor's computer, the card is fine. It's probably just compatibility issues with the mobo.
