I need help

I'm still confused about this.

You have an internal hard drive
You added an external hard drive
You moved and/or installed all your games on the external hard drive
It worked for awhile
Now none of the games work or they run really slowly

Is this correct?

Just building from this if you moved all the program files from one hard drive to another and then expect it work well then sir it won't as it will mess up the registry and a ton of other things..
