No, it's the complete opposite. Dual cores are beginning to become obsolete. Go with the cheapest quad core.

Can the e7400 handle CS? Fallout3 or Oblivion?

I'm checking the specs hang on.

OBLIVION:

512 MB system RAM
2.0 GHz processor
128 MB video card
8x DVD-ROM drive
4.6 GB hard disk space

I'm sure I can run that...haha!

Team Fortress:

3.0 GHz processor,
1 GB RAM,
DirectX 9 video card

Run?

CSS:

1.2 GHz processor
256 MB RAM
DirectX 7 Videocard

I'm sure

Few last questions.

If I wanted to go wireless. I should opt for their network card right? I have a wireless router, but right now we are using the regular ethernet cables to our xboxes.

I never did anything wireless before. Thoughts?

The Dell build Atomic suggested is still the best thing I've seen posted in this thread. It would suit the OP well and he wouldn't have to hassle with an OS install and W7.
