If you go SLI then BFG NVIDIA GEFORCE 8800 is a good buy.

He's from the US, I tried to fit a 9850 into his budget, but couldn't find room for it, so I picked the 5000+ X2 BE which is only $99 and can OC to around 3.4GHz which equals E6850 performance at half the price. I also picked the 8800GT because it's such a brilliant price to performance card, but you might want to wait for the HD 4850 which should be around $200.

And Mushkin make some great memory. That kit has CAS 4 timings at 800MHz.

The 5000+ X2 BE that you have recommended is still a hot CPU in this set up. And i'm liking the AMD HD 4850 too.
