Buy some old computer from ebay (Or even score some free ones from friends/family) and pull them apart and rebuild them.

Best way to learn is hands on

I agree! You will learn WAY more doing that! Like when I first started with computers back in the 80s with an IBM XT! Still have it too...

Hands on training is the best, and have some books or websites for reference or if something specific is needed to be looked up
