Default I HATE these sites(not this one!)

How the hell do you get rid of these sites that are just searchengines. I was just looking for a good freeware CD burning prog(I had one recently, not warez) and I get this crap...

http://www.dirfile.com/freeware/freeware-burner.htm (might have spyware, but no popups)

You know, these that say find info on ALL MY MUSIC, and crap like that. It gets very annoying when half of my results are these stupid sites. Normally I can see though them(the address stands out...) but still, just like popups, I'd like a way to just keep them from showing...PERIOD...

ANy software or perhaps plugins for Firefox to do this?

If you want a good freeware cd burning program, use deepburner, just google it, and you should get a hit on deepburner, theres a free and a pro version, its like free nero... only it cant do VCD's,
BTW you can also get deepburner pro for free(30 days), no spyware guarunteed.

also, deepriper is an mp3/ogg music ripper, that works very well too...

That was what I was looking for at first...I actually came across something else I like a bit better. Uh, CDBurnXP I think was it's name. It was really nice, but it still didn't have the VCD/DVD capabilities that I wanted. No biggie, I'll just use my other comps to burn. I'm trying to keep HD usage down on this comp anyway(still only 2.6 gigs used )

My real complaint was just that one site that popped up. I want to get rid of those!
