Hi,

Im not very good with computers, my brother has been on our home computer an when i do a virus/adaware scan it scans files that are apparently in c:/documents and settings/chris/complete, anyway hes downloaded porn an it scans all these porn files sayin they are infected, the adaware scanner i use is adaware se personal an cos of these probs iv also used today counterspy, when i go to my computer or windows explorer an go to c drive documents an settings chris there is no folder called complete, i have also gone to folder options, view, an selected show hidden files an folders but it still isnt there, theres a folder called incomplete but no complete folder, iv also searched for the folder an it only finds the incomplete folders, the scans i do also find viruses in system 32, a lot of them, i use avg antivirus an it deletes them but again i tried to go look at the system 32 folder which should be in c: windows/system 32 but its not there either, there is a folder called system, an a folder called twain_32, but no system 32, i dont know if this is the right forum to post this on but any help would be very much appreciated.

When you do the scan to look up these files, make sure your search is not restricted to one driver. Allow search in all drivers and ports.

You need to enable "View Hidden files and folders"

Control Panel > Folder Options > view tab > click the radar button "Show hidden files and folders"
