I am looking to build a PC, 1st timer

Short story is Dell made me mad and figured I could build something that I want and try to get into budget, but I didn't quite make my budget so hopefully this is where you guys can help out.

So my dilema is I still need a graphics card? and are there any great bang for the buck hardware I'm missing within my price points or I can spend less on? thanks in advance

EDIT: 5750 is an epic bang-for-the-buck card.

^ I dunno...if overclocking is involved the 530 actually holds its own against AMD in price/performance. To get a proper GPU in there, however...AMD FTW.

^ Why the expensive chipset? For a single midrange card, its kinda useless.

That VaporX 5770 is an awesome deal though.

OCZ RAM is having issues with AMD boards not being able to use it lately, hence why I put the G.Skill.

Other than that, looks good.

Would have gotten the same G-skill you picked but I was trying desperately to stay in budget. Wasn't it the Obsidian models that were having the issues anyway?

I picked that chipset so he can xfire another 5770 later on. Only x8/x8, but it should be ok for a 5770.

There are some 780G chipset mobos that support crossfire for more like $70-80. Might be a better deal.

The cheaper ones only do x16/x4 though. The one I picked was the cheapest x16/x16 I could find without getting a crappy board.

The MSI that I posted can do x16/x16.

It was all OCZ. I saw people having issues with OCZ gold and others.

EDIT: I think some of these reviewers are retarded...

Rating + 1 CPU Socket Defective

Pros: Seemed like a decent inexpensive board.

Cons: Phenom II 940 would not fit into motherboard socket. I am able to put the CPU no problem into a MSI K9A2 Platinum. I also tried a Phenom x4 and a spare AM2 CPU I have sitting around for testing. None fit into the thing. Has to be a defect from MSI.

Other Thoughts: RMA'ed this thing already and will get another... I hope that this is just limited to this one board.
