Default I am building my own computer

Can someone tell me all the things I need to buy to build a computer? I want to make sure I don't forget anything.

Also, Is this a good video card:

This might sound n00bish, but is it made by Nvidia?

Thanks in advance.

The thing I don't know about is fans and heatsinks. could someone like..give me a crash course in fans and heatsinks? (yeah i know it sounds gay, but im interested.)

Also, is this everything besides fans and heatsink(s)? Will it all fit together?
