before you make an ass of yourself, yes popping. The average non-protected capacitor that makes up most video cards and and motherboards can blow open at the top and leak, or pop.

Yes, Celegorm is right, capacitors can pop.. i change dodgy capacitors almost every day at work, and quite often they have popped, you obviously have no idea what a capacitor is and how it works, and as youve already been banned (which i noticed after i typed it out) im not gonna explain further.
